The Role
Overview
Drive FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, and controls for manufacturing & product units.

Tasks
-Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. -Perform activities related to Internal controls and SOX audit. -Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast. -Analysis of monthly data for MIS data and putting it into meaningful format with narratives. -Analysis of inventories, NWC (Net Working Capital) and Cashflow. -Prepare financial analysis for various “what if” scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall impact to the business units. -Preparing and analyzing Product / Customer profitability. -Any other Ad Hoc work/assignment/job given, based on urgency and requirement, from time to time which are not listed above Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and presentation of findings and analysis. -Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause -Support month end closure activities to ensure accuracy of financials. -Perform benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers. -Handling and mentoring a team provide the guidance to meet overall organization goals and objectives. -Capital Expenditure budget and actual spent tracking and analysis monthly. -Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Comparison of monthly/quarterly MIS data with different benchmarks and giving comments/remarks. -P&L and B/S review to be done and propose necessary corrections. -Business partnering with Local controllers to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends; propose value add. -Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.

What You Bring
-Degree in accounting - Qualified CMA/CA/MBA/CPA/CIMA/master’s from professional institutions. -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capability. -Good knowledge in handling Products/Projects/Service business scenarios (architype – MTO/MTS/ETO/I2R). -A background of manufacturing experience is preferred. -More than 5 - 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. -Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). -Effective communication & presentation skills. -Hands-on experience in SAP FICO including CO-PA and Understanding on other modules like SD, PP, MM, PS.
