-Manage spares backlog and warranty claims. -Provide shipment paperwork and delivery updates. -Complete daily admin tasks and support general duties. -Handle customer calls, emails, and Webshop orders. -Process orders, returns, and delivery notes. -Raise purchase orders and invoice customer orders.
