Commercial Construction Site Superintendent (Hospitality)

Tasks

-Ensure safety of all on-site personnel, enforce OSHA safety rules and regulations. -Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion -Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety or other job site rules -Maintain daily written log of all manpower, construction activities and incidents -Responsible for quality control duties -Walk project daily to monitor activities and for progress check and future planning -Assist in preconstruction activities, including budgeting, bidding, and awarding of subcontracts -Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions -Ensure subcontractors are performing duties according to contract and schedule -Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions -Document all construction phases with photos of each -Communicate with Project Manager regularly regarding scheduling, material procurement, manpower, construction challenges.
