CARIAN is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major facilities capital improvement program for one of our utility clients. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure projects who’s ready to make an impact on complex, multi-site programs. You’ll be responsible for building and managing project schedules, coordinating with diverse teams, and helping keep high-visibility projects on track.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure, facilities, or construction programs
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client and job site locations
  • Solid understanding of scheduling best practices and critical path method (CPM)
