-Mentoring and Developing Others:Sharing your knowledge and guiding less experienced team members will elevate the overall capability of the parts department. -Maintaining Inventory Accuracy and Organization:By managing stock levels and warehouse activities, you’ll help ensure parts availability and a clean, organized workspace. -Promoting Safety and Compliance: Your adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards helps maintain a safe workplace and sets a strong example for others. -Boosting Revenue Opportunities : Identifying upsell opportunities for supporting products and services adds value for customers and supports business growth. -Strengthening Internal Collaboration:Working closely with technicians and other personnel to source parts fosters teamwork and improves service delivery. -Driving Operational Efficiency: Through accurate processing of transactions and paperwork, you’ll help streamline parts counter operations and reduce delays. -Enhancing Customer Satisfaction:By promptly assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, you’ll ensure smooth operations and build trust through reliable service.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. -Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills. -This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. -Strong Inventory & Core Management Skills: You’ll need to effectively manage service core parts, engines, and local store inventory using core flow processes and inventory control methodologies to meet operational and customer expectations. -Technical Proficiency with Systems & Tools:Familiarity with systems like QSOL for parts identification, and order life cycle systems for processing and managing customer orders, is essential for accuracy and efficiency. -Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience. -Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills:Managing API counts, cycle counts, transport requests, and warehouse activities requires precision, consistency, and a well-organized approach to avoid errors and delays. -Customer-Centric Mindset : Success depends on your ability to deliver proactive support throughout the order life cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of queries.
