Tasks

-Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (training provided) -Seasonal pruning, deadheading, and maintaining plant beds -Conducting Planned Maintenance activities (e.g., light switch checks, lamp replacements)

What You Bring

-Be prepared to work quickly and efficiently outdoors in all weather conditions (within reason) -Driving License: Full UK Driving License essential (to operate company vans) -Be of a practical nature with a background in window cleaning. -Enjoys working outdoors and being active -Be able to work between Monday and Friday, but to be flexible to work additional hours if necessary. -Regular weeding, including weed-killing treatments -Full UK Driving License is essential for this role -Have experience in use of the Reach & Wash® or similar water-fed pole system -Be reasonably fit and healthy and able to work safely at height, where required
