The Role

Overview

Maintain cleanliness of community interiors/exteriors and support minor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Perform smoke/co battery replacements, light bulb replacements and support on minor deficiencies. -Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across sites. -Perform cleaning of vacant apartments on turnover. -Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds by picking up litter and maintain trash areas. -Assist in snow removal activities and be available for cleanup during weather events. -Support maintenance staff in landscaping activities including sweeping sidewalks, raking, planting flowers and installing mulch. -Responsible for scheduled functions as emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, and carpets.

-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. -Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively -High School diploma or equivalent required. -Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
