Tasks

-Assist the lead Health Planner in the preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams and narratives. -Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects -Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials -Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to the building design and health planning. -Prepare drawings and specification documents

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam) -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings -Understanding of healthcare trends. -Architectural registration -Strong organizational skills -A minimum of 3 years experience in A/E industry -Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings -Master's degree in Architecture -Must be willing to travel -Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health Planning -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible -Advanced credentials desired (e.g. ACHA, LEED, EDAC, etc.) -Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models
