The Role
Overview
Admin support for project teams: contract logging, scheduling, liaison, invoicing
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Assist Delivery Manager with the scheduling of engineers to confirm to client specified timelines -Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate effectively with team members. -Provide administrative support to Project and Wash teams. -Handle incoming calls and emails related to ongoing contracts -Liaise with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. -Log and track contracts via Navision -Maintain and update records and databases accurately. -Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.

What You Bring
-Invoice works in a timely manner. -Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). -Familiarity with scheduling and logging systems is an advantage. -Experience in a helpdesk or administrative role is preferred. -Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. -High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
