The Role

Overview

Perform clinical lab tests, operate equipment, ensure QC, support diagnostics.

Tasks

-Monitor and document quality control, calibration, and maintenance activities. -Ensure test results are not released until all corrective actions are completed and systems are within specifications. -Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance. -Maintain and update laboratory policies and procedure manuals. -Participate in proficiency testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. -Follow pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical procedures. -Operate and maintain sophisticated lab equipment and instruments. -Conduct clinical laboratory analyses on blood and other specimens. -Perform phlebotomy when required, across all patient age groups.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -3+ years of clinical lab experience preferred. -Knowledge of molecular biology and medical technology. -Experience as a generalist in clinical laboratory settings. -Familiarity with laboratory information systems (Epic and Siemens) and equipment. -Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. -Experience with Epic and Siemens systems. -Attention to detail and accuracy. -MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification required. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
