Overview
Install and maintain solar PV systems, including racking, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Tasks
-Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities -Assist in the commissioning and testing of installed systems -Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed -Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion -Install, assemble, and mount solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters -Conduct site visits and assessments to determine optimal placement and layout of panel arrays

What You Bring
-Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately -Knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes -Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
