Tasks

-Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches. -Providing cross-functional guidance on quality standards, training tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. -Investigating product quality issues through testing, inspection, and root cause analysis to ensure accurate and timely resolutions. -Coordinating with suppliers to manage product replacements, issue chargebacks, and ensure compliance with quality standards. -Managing non-conforming inventory in partnership with inspectors to maintain smooth material flow and minimize disruptions. -Collaborating with sales and coordination teams to resolve escalated customer concerns, including warranty claims and freight damage. -Documenting findings and maintaining detailed records using systems like Epicor and UPS call tags to support resolution and accountability.
