Tasks

-Interpret architectural drawings to create schedules from various architectural drawings. -Learn and aid on the administrative process of sales and estimating. -Be pragmatic, work with external sales representatives to chase / expedite your previous week’s quotes to achieve an order. -Analyse customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate quote generation. -Analyse specs & tenders to prepare costings -Create specifications for products. -Comply with the Health and Safety responsibilities. -Work closely with the sales and project teams -Prove pricing schedules. -Regularly liasise with customers regarding delivery dates, quotations and to discuss requirement for enquiries. -General administration and updating electronic and paper based files. -Check detail against fire/acoustic test evidence, structural opening sizes, etc. -Ensure all documents are received on time, chasing work internally within the group to ensure deadlines are met. -Adhoc admin tasks to support the office and team. -Produce detailed formal estimates & production schedules.
