Overview
Assist customers and sales team with product info, quotes, orders, support for building materials.

Tasks
-Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy -Serve as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff -Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction -Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly -Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery -Provide product information, quotes, and order support for building materials and related products -Process, manage, and follow up on customer orders using Lensing's ERP system

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills -Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail -Additional education in business, construction management, or related field preferred -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn ERP systems quickly -Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred (1-3 years) -Strong math skills (percentages, discounts, pricing calculations) -Experience with building materials, construction products, or related industries a plus -High school diploma or equivalent required
