Tasks

-Provides accurate information on our rentals to callers and visitors. -Conduct pre-move in unit inspections. -Monitor condition and cleanliness of make ready units and model as well as tour path. -Is on top of customer relations and gives assistance to current residents regarding tenancy and ensure requests are delivered and carried out with accuracy and promptness. -Ensure guest cards are complete, entered into AppFolio and follow up is completed for all prospects. -Processes rental applications. -Provides support to the Assistant/Property Manager as needed. -Prepares lease documents and handles lease signings if necessary. -Communicates with applicants regarding application status. -Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends by preforming market studies quarterly. -Accumulates traffic information from various sources and prepares a consolidated report. -Creates social media content and newsletters. -Audits all tenant files. -Answers the telephone and provides customer service.

What You Bring

-Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals -Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. -Two to four years related experience or equivalent -Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Acute attention to detail -Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees -Customer service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, WI CCAP, TransUnion, and various rental search websites. Appfolio experience a plus.
