What You Bring

Our client is looking for a delivery-focused leader with extensive experience managing cut and carve projects, encompassing both CAT A and CAT B fit-outs. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of up to six projects valued between £8M–£35M. Project Type: Traditional Office Fit Out, CAT A, CAT B, Cut & Carve -Confident in engaging with external professionals, including architects and consultants. -Proven experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, leading office fit-out projects (£10M–£40M). -Experience managing multiple office projects simultaneously. -Demonstrated ability to manage the full tendering process. -Hands-on experience delivering both CAT A and CAT B projects.
