Support leasing team with admin tasks, tours, reporting, and marketing for industrial properties.

Tasks

-Accompany Leasing Managers on property tours. -Order floor plans through space plan provider; -Prepare accurate & timely internal reporting, as required; -Update Broker contacts in contacts database; -Assist in the coordination, production, and distribution of all leasing marketing materials and initiatives including broker and tenant functions, brochures, and all other marketing materials as required; -Organize and distribute information (floor plans, marketing materials) to brokers and tenants as required; -Field calls on general leasing inquiries from industry contacts, as required; -Work with other internal departments (Property Management, Construction, Finance & Accounting, Acquisitions, etc.) as required on related issues. -Code, process and file all expenses related to Leasing Business Unit; -Maintain vacancy listings on our website and update monthly availability report and/or other data management functions; -Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team including reports, lease documentation, preparation of offers to lease and all other documentation as required;
