Admin hub handling queries, records & support for key accounts and regional managers.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Resolution of complaints -Purchase order management -Processing and uploading orders -Creation, organisation, and maintenance of job records -Telephone and email liaison with customers regarding; quotations, works orders, service delivery, customer queries -Liaising with the accounts and tender teams, as well as the business development managers -Correspondence to customers and franchisees

What You Bring

-Customer focused approach with a professional and friendly telephone manner -Good attention to detail -Credit control experience beneficial but not essential -Strong communication skills -Motivated and organised -Previous experience working on a CRM system desirable. -Administration skills -Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dedicated team -Proven track record of customer service -Inbound and outbound call handling -IT literate (Microsoft Office)
