Tasks
-Provide regular progress updates and performance reports on change management activities across the digital portfolio. -Implement continuous feedback loops to measure training success and refine learning materials. -Oversee the development and delivery of training materials and sessions, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness. -Coordinate closely with Agile Fusion Teams, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align roll-out and project delivery plans. -Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities for refresher training or additional support. -Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment throughout implementation phases. -Conduct change impact assessments for digital use cases to identify business, process, and technology impacts. -Define and execute tailored change management, communication, and training strategies aligned with project methodologies (agile, waterfall, MVP, or scale-up). -Maintain the digital training repository and records in coordination with organizational learning teams. -Conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted training plans for diverse user groups. -Support Product Owners in implementing communication plans, mitigating resistance, and reinforcing adoption post-launch. -Define appropriate training tools and formats in collaboration with technical vendors and Learning & Training (L&T) teams. -Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture insights and improvement areas for future roll-outs. -Ensure proper handover of knowledge and documentation to support and governance teams for ongoing value realization. -Develop and maintain a structured change management and communication toolkit, including templates, checklists, and best practices.

What You Bring
-Experience in the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector is highly desirable. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to delivery. -Proven success in driving user adoption and managing change in complex industrial or operational environments. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Prior relevant experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation roles. -Fluent in English (written and spoken). -Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience required. -Proficiency in digital training tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate or equivalent). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. -Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies. -Certification in Training & Development preferred.
