Tasks

-Support the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring and documenting construction activity. -Prepare accurate daily and summary inspection reports. -Prioritize safe and uninterrupted railway operations at all stages of the project. -Collaborate with industry-leading experts and local stakeholders. -Review Contractor time charges and force account charges  as required, and assist in record keeping and problem resolution. -Coordinate with Quality specialists and NYCT representatives to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards. -Provide technical oversight for procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and communications equipment. -Conduct thorough inspections and observations to ensure contractor adherence to plans, specifications, and contract documents.
