Tasks

-Creates and encourages an atmosphere of partnership, collaboration and teamwork with other departments leveraging networking across the business -Keep customer current with updated equipment information -Provide marketing and promotional designs to expand sales -Continuously fosters relationships with customers by providing on-going support, information, resolution and improvements -Forecasts/reports on actual performance, both financially and with respect to customer service performance metrics -Creates and communicates meaningful Sales and Performance KPI’s in order to drive profitable growth -Determine customer requirements for new products and services, and introduce new products to on-going accounts -Maintain outstanding levels of customer service -Analyzes competitors to help identify key business opportunities to expand market reach and develop services; assess situations and recommends strategies for moving forward -Remains current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in order to strategically position our products/services; maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks -Maintain accurate and up-to-date files relating to customer contact, details, and promotional activities -Identifies business opportunities by targeting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; provides a consultative sales approach in order to better understand business from the customer’s perspective

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships -Highly effective communicator -3 years related industry sales experience with demonstrated profitable sales -Ability to project a positive image to customers -Valid driver’s license and good driving record -Ability to look/act beyond the immediate scope of the job and align initiatives with the company's long-term goals -Good listener and strong written and verbal communicator -Impeccable customer service skills -Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded manner -Ability to make key customer decisions -Excellent knowledge of MS Office -Advanced knowledge of the petroleum industry with application, technical, managerial experience preferred -Attention to detail and deadlines -HSA and FSA -Well organized and represent the company in a professional manner
