-Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based research -Strong Relationship builder; Positive and persuasive personality -Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work alone and within a team -Strong work ethic -Have interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining business relations -Valid driver’s license -Able to work independently and prioritize -Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional sales and negotiation skills -Bachelor's degree -Must have Commercial Real Estate License in California -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Sales experience preferred
