Tasks

-Support the regular contractual audit processes where required -Support project managers in organising and managing meetings -Managing action logs and prioritising workload for the team -Manage Purchase Order requisitions and support the project manager with finance forecasting -Process and progress change requests from Suppliers and National Grid. -Provide other administrative support to the project team where required -Preparation of slide packs for presentation at forums / meetings / stakeholder events -Support the project team with the monthly drumbeat project management processes
