-Achieve 85% utilisation, ensuring billable efficiency and customer satisfaction -Lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end, from solution design and requirements gathering to training and go-live. -Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. -Train others on how to use and configure the Sitetracker product. -Concurrently manage configuration tasks across multiple projects. -Lead customer meetings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables -Make critical implementation decisions autonomously -Configure modules and implement automation using Salesforce flows. Develop and implement approval processes, validation rules, and reports. -Assist in system architecture design for scalable solutions -Train new specialists on Sitetracker implementation methodologies and technical concepts. -Perform data migration using Data Loader and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) -Consistently deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines. -Translate customer business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
