Assist supervisor and lead production staff in manufacturing plaster products.

Tasks

-Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day production operations. -Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team input on operational processes. -Train and mentor new and existing production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge. -Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with the team to improve processes. -Supervise and support the production team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met. -Maintain accurate records of production output, quality, and staff training. -Provide hands-on leadership to production staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team. -Strong work ethic with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. -Previous experience in training and developing staff is highly desirable. -Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems. -Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment. -Forklift license is desirable. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards. -Rotating 12-hour shifts, day (6am – 6pm) and night (6pm – 6am) shift pattern
