Tasks

-Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and take lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques. -Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations. -Managing assistant managers & managers where required by the scale of the project. -Leading application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools. -Directing and managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools with a good working knowledge of a variety of techniques on a range of project and programme complexity. -Spotting and developing talented individuals. -Advising on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively. -Leading and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development. -Managing projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes. -Creating and delivering persuasive presentations to large audiences. -Creating and delivering clear and professional presentations to project teams/clients. -Persuading and influencing colleagues. -Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development.
