-Strong verbal and written communications skills. -Proven ability to handle several projects simultaneously. -Ability to work within a team environment. -Bachelor degree in business; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Show initiative in problem solving. -Minimum 5 years collection experience. -Work well under pressure. -Financial Analysis, JD Edwards, Crimson Software, Excel and Outlook a plus.
