The Role
Overview
Assist with commercial administration, cost reporting, and subcontract management on large projects.

Tasks
-Administration of allocated subcontract works packages including, interim assessments of the amount due and change management. -Produce Subcontract documentation for approval for packages procured. -Collate and calculate information required to assist the Commercial team in the production and maintenance of a detailed ‘cost to complete’ including schedules of Subcontractor ‘liabilities’. -Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment. -Liaise with operational and engineering staff -Use the latest software tools to assist in the cost and value reporting to the business unit. -Provide information to the Commercial team to assist in the production of monthly payment applications to the Client. -Assist in the management of change in accordance with the form of contract -Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices to Subcontractors. -Be involved in the procurement of Subcontract packages including preparation of bid enquiry documentation and critical evaluation of bids.
