Tasks

-Stay updated on changes to corporate law, regulations and governance practices. -Attend board meetings, record minutes. -Provide guidance and support to directors and senior management on corporate governance matters. -review draft minutes of meetings and resolutions when prepared by co-shareholders -Communicate with external advisors, legal counsel and auditors on corporate governance and compliance issues. -Prepare and distribute notices, agendas and supporting materials for board and committee meetings. -keep the group corporate database updated -Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders in both Arabic and English -Cultural awareness and ability to bridge communication between international and local teams 3 -5-7 years of progressive experience as a company secretary or corporate legal counsel in-house or in private practice -Solid understanding of Middle East corporate and regulatory environment -High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information -Adaptability and continuous learning mindset in dynamic environment -Proactive and results-oriented with strong sense of accountability -Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision -Strong collaborative approach while maintaining ability to work independently -excellent English proficiency (written and verbal), ideally native or fluent Arabic speaker -Experience in working with legal advisors and working in fast-paced environments -Expertise in corporate law
