The Role

Overview

Consult with clients, design architectural projects, manage BIM, and coordinate all project phases.

Tasks

-Developing code review, including general understanding of construction classifications, life safety analysis, vertical and horizontal egress, bathroom and fixture counts, zoning analysis, and local and international building codes; AND -Developing aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with general contractor, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), IT, security, lighting, façade, audio/visual, acoustics, interiors, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with other consultants and/or contractors.

What You Bring

-Experience with multiple project sizes, with concentration in large complex projects. Developing all design stages of projects, including industrial/logistics/campus projects and tenant-specific deployments; -Work experience including Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, parametric design software, 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, 3ds MAX, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, V-Ray and Enscape; -Work experience with all project phases, including conceptual designs, graphic presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production, construction administration, and on-site visits and meetings;
