Tasks

-Assist in the installation and integration of HVAC systems, including electrical hookups and system testing. -Conduct thorough electrical inspections and diagnostics to ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations. -Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. -Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interactions. -Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. -Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards in all aspects of work. -Collaborate effectively with other trades and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. -Install and service backup generators, ensuring reliable power solutions for residential clients. -Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and related components.

What You Bring

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. -Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. -Generator & HVAC installation and maintenance experience. -This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc. -Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Minnesota -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -4+ years of experience in the electrical field -Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment. -Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
