Tasks

-Assess and certify interim and final payments to contractors -Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements -Maintain comprehensive records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual obligations -Support the settlement of claims and disputes -Prepare cost reports and financial statements for stakeholders -Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents -Identify, evaluate, and resolve variations and changes in project scope -Assist in contract administration and management -Advise on procurement strategies and contract types -Evaluate and compare contractor and supplier quotations -Negotiate with clients, contractors, and suppliers -Value completed works and arrange payments -Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects -Manage and monitor project costs to keep within budget -Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
