Overview

Supervise fabrication, welding, and production operations at IDEC Elevator.

Tasks

-Preparing and supporting management with accident/incident reports. -Supporting cab and packaging areas by managing material flow and inventory control. -Inspecting materials to ensure they meet quality standards. -Managing labor hours and productivity to complete jobs efficiently. -Overseeing machine operations and ensuring production goals are met. -Reporting daily job completions and progress toward company objectives. -Supervising fabrication and welding departments to ensure smooth, timely production.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated, flexible, and team oriented. -Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math and fractional calculations. -Ability to work safely in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines. -Training and supporting machine operators and new hires in fabrication and welding areas. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Strong time management and prioritization skills. -Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. -Reliable, punctual, and dependable. -Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator manufacturing.
