Tasks

-Ensuring that the clients’ needs are met in a timely and costeffective manner. -Contributing technical direction, design review and detailed design on numerous simultaneous land development files and providing quality review of deliverables. -Project Management, including control and management of the financial aspects of your projects. -Liaising with clients, agencies and others to obtain approvals. -Leading and/or independently preparing design reports in support of potential land development projects. -Undertaking business development and promotional activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the crossselling of other practice areas, including client outreach and preparing work programs, proposals and fee estimates.

What You Bring

-Selfmotivated individual, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. -Extensive knowledge of site plan and residential subdivision development is considered an asset. -Capability of overseeing projects from design to completion. -Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to manage projects and clients is essential. -Registered as a Professional Engineer or Certified Civil Engineering Technologist in Ontario. -Business development, time management, communication and team building skills are essential for you to meet the expectations of this challenging position.
