Tasks

-Active market engagement and client relationship management to grow BESS portfolio/pipeline, with support from the Business Development team. -Leadership on project development, including site layouts and optimisation, concept design and feasibility studies. -Leading on project advisory and Owner’s Engineer (OE) scopes of work, including tendering and contracting support, construction monitoring and management, and technical services. -Building and developing a BESS team -Leading Technical Due Diligence and Lender’s Technical Advisor (LTA) scopes of work.

What You Bring

-Experience in coaching and developing junior talent. -Extensive design consultancy experience, delivering to organisation such as Developers, Contractors and TSO/DSOs. -Ability effectively to lead, manage and grow diverse teams. -Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent qualifications and experience. -Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. -Track record of leading the delivery of Front-End Engineering and design or Detailed design of BESS projects. -Ability to maintain existing and develop new client relationships. -Capability to work under tight deadlines while achieving objectives with the ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately. -Flexibility to travel to client sites when required. -In depth knowledge of UK & Continental Europe BESS market and key growth areas, and global market insight
