The Role

Overview

Night porter handling security, maintenance, concierge and emergencies at a community village.

Tasks

-Assisting with emergency situations such as first aid incidents or evacuations -Collecting rubbish bins and taking them to the collection points -Being the first point of contact in an emergency -Tidying public areas and ensuring the village remains clean and tidy -Ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants. -Walking, patrolling, and providing security / fire checks around the village -Answering questions and providing information about the village centre and its facilities -Cleaning of the gym, pool, steam room and changing room area and testing pool chemical balance -Greeting residents, guests and customers

What You Bring

-Experience in creating a great hospitality environment that delivers fantastic customer service -Demonstrable experience to effectively deal with situations in a calm and professional manner -Qualified in Health & Safety, COSHH or similar would be an advantage.
