Overview
Coordinate on-site engineering, quality & technical aspects of modular building installations.

Tasks
-Contribute to technical reviews and quality assurance during the offsite manufacturing process -Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and current building regulations -Maintain site records including daily logs, quality documentation and as-built information -Set out works on site in line with project drawings and specifications -Work closely with the project team to plan, coordinate and deliver works on time and within budget -Support continuous improvement in construction and installation methods -Manage all engineering aspects of the project including levels, surveying, and quality checks -Liaise with design, production and site management teams to resolve technical issues promptly -Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements

What You Bring
-First Aid Course -Displays good interpersonal and communication skills and acts in an inependent and professional manner with the ability to influence others including senior management -Works (ability to act as the TWC advantageous) -Degree / Diploma in Engineering -Articulate and numerate capable of delivering reports verbally and written in an objective and persuasive manner -At least 3 years post qualification experience with good knowledge of the sector or experience within a project-based organisation -Working knowledge of Control of Temporary -Chartered or working towards professional status with Engineers Ireland or Institute of Civil Engineers -SMSTS / MSIC -Lifting Supervisor Certification -Coordinator trained (TWC)
