Overview

Tasks

-Collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure project specifications are met. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Travel locally to project sites (company vehicle provided). -Prepare and review detailed inspection reports and test data. -Mentor and guide junior field staff, with potential to lead inspection teams. -Conduct advanced inspections and materials testing on active job sites.

What You Bring

-ACI Grade 1, WAQTC, and/or Nuclear Gauge certifications (preferred). -ICC Commercial Building Inspector certification (required). -Valid driver’s license with clean driving history. -5+ years of experience in construction observation, inspection, and testing. -Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. -Strong communication and plan-reading skills. -Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. -Work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions. -ACI Laboratory Certification (a plus). -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
