Tasks

-Preparation of 3D modelling of high voltage GIS for various substation configuration -Delivering all the Detail Design Tasks (Rating plates / Cable / Earthing / Civil requirements / As Built etc) -Execute DtV Process during the Base design phase. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines -Read through the customer specifications and compliance reports as per the customer requirements. -Preparation of Electrical and Gas SLD, Plan and Section drawings based on various offer / tender and customer specifications. -Preparation of bill of materials (SD BOMs) and release in the SAP as per the Milestone database. Preparation of technical documents for procurement of Current transformers and voltage transformers. -Participate in customer meetings as required. Active participation in project review meeting -Define the milestone deliverables (Base Design / BOM / Detail Design) as per the project requirement. -Contribute to the Margin improvement of the Project. -Preparation of Guaranteed technical particulars of GIS and HV equipment such as Breakers, disconnectors, GIB etc. for submission to customer. -Participate in the Technical Kick off handover meetings with Project Manager / Tendering -Accountable for the On Quality Delivery of the milestones of the project as per the Milestone database -Supports trouble shooting for factory and onsite issues and provides disposition actions.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in both spoken & written English language. -MV/HV Substation Design knowledge -Knowledge of SAP system (MM module) -Familiar with international standards (IEC, EN, ANSI) -Hand on experience in 3D tools like ProE / CREO, AUTOCAD-3D, MS Office. -Expertise in GIS Project execution process knowledge -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 4-8 years of experience in primary design, preferably GIS Engineering. -Can do proper root causing analysis for the quality issues. -Knowledge on IEC/IEEE/IS standards.
