Certifications (Preferred) 1. SAP Modules Expertise / SAP Best-Practice 3. Technical Skills 2. Project Implementation Experience 4. Communication / Leadership Level: MP6 -SAP Certified Solution Architect (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate). -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design and architecture is a priority. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role. -Experience with SAP Activate methodology. -Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SAP Certification, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and other relevant certifications are highly desirable. -Strong expertise in SAP implementation, Microsoft Azure, API management, DevOps, SCADA systems, and Pi solutions. Experience with architecture and design patterns, including microservices and MVC. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. -Understanding of SAP integration with other systems (middleware, APIs, EDI, etc.). -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. -Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. -Deep knowledge of SAP modules relevant to your business (e.g., SAP Asset Management SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, etc.). -Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as applied to SAP projects. -Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. -Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. -Ability to design custom enhancements (ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, etc.). -Migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. -Extensive experience with SAP migrations and upgrades, including: -Understanding of industry-specific processes (Energy Market, Nuclear Plants). -Strong understanding of SAP architecture (on-premise, cloud, hybrid). -Experience with SAP best practices and solution design. -Proven track record of leading or architecting SAP implementation projects (ideally full lifecycle projects). -Experience with DevOps and CI/CD in SAP environments. -Familiarity with transitioning from monolithic to service-based architectures and containerizing applications. -Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. -Experience with data migration, data modeling, and data governance in SAP.
