-Is actively pursuing Chartered status through CIBSE, IET, or other relevant institutions. -Has proficiency in designing electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data/communications systems. -Has a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or similar. -Is Familiar with working within a BIM environment using Revit. and electrical design tools (e.g., Amtech, Dialux, Relux). -Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
