The Role

Overview

Handle high-volume AP, invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations, compliance.

Tasks

-Process a high-volume of invoices and employee expense reports ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). -Reconcile bank accounts, handle ACH payments, and track fixed assets using BST10, Emburse/ChromeRiver, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, and related software. -Contribute to team success by meeting deadlines, enhancing processes, and upholding quality standards. -Investigate discrepancies, research data, and elevate issues for resolution. -Collaborate with internal and external clients to maintain relationships and provide exceptional support.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in BST10 (or Deltek), Emburse/ChromeRiver (or Concur), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred; AEC industry experience strongly preferred. -Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or 3+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable role. -Familiarity with GAAP, FAR compliance, and experience in expense reporting and payment processing. -Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a service-minded approach.
