Manage and support the Brightly Confirm asset management system for M25 road maintenance.

-User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to system users, including maintenance teams, planners, data analysts and management.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a System Administrator, Analyst or Engineer or similar role managing Brightly Confirm or equivalent Asset Management or Routine Maintenance Management systems. -Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. -Proficiency in SQL, database management, and system configurations. -Please note, to be considered for this role, you must be based in the UK and must already be able to legally work in the UK. We are unable to offer or provide sponsorship for this position* -Experience working in highways, transportation, or infrastructure environments. -IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, SQL) are an advantage. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. -Familiarity with cloud-based systems and mobile workforce solutions. -Strong understanding of highways maintenance operations and asset management principles. -Experience with GIS mapping tools, APIs, and system integrations. -Understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance frameworks. -Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and optimize system workflows
