Process and post accounts receivable payments, deposits, and scans.

Tasks

-Oversite of recycling documents Per CSSC guidelines -Retrieve or receive and process daily E-Check/credit card payments. -File and managing all physical documents monthly -Daily scan individual checks to multiple banking entities within SLA -Prepare and submit deposit for non-RDC banks. -Prepare communications to owners requesting redirection of payments to lockbox (if applicable). -Audit each deposit for accuracy including account numbers, banking account numbers and amounts -Receive, post and deposit miscellaneous income. -Receive and decision owner assessment payments received at Shared Services Center. -Retrieve or receive and process daily lockbox files and work exceptions. -Correspond with banking liaisons on adding new accounts to drop downs and/or increasing bank deposit thresholds -Resolve lockbox, E-Check and credit card file exceptions. -Upload Stop/Go file to lockbox providers' website. -Maintain daily tracking forms. -Process deposits utilizing Remote Data Capture (RDC) equipment and software. -Manage multiple depositing accounts and processes.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. -Professional customer service skills. -0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience -Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). -Time management and time critical prioritization skills. -Knowledge of working with banks and multiple entities. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. -High School Diploma or GED Required -Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. -Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures (US GAAP). -Printing, scanning, imaging experience a plus
