Tasks

-Lead strategic workplace projects from visioning through implementation across diverse sectors and geographies. -Drive business development through client relationships, proposal development, and thought leadership. -Develop and deliver workplace strategies, including utilisation studies, scenario planning, benchmarking, and future workplace modelling. -Implement governance structures, risk mitigation strategies, and assurance processes across programmes and projects. -Oversee global operations delivery, ensuring consistency, quality assurance, and alignment with client KPIs. -Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on workplace trends, hybrid working, space optimisation, and organisational change. -Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums. -Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and design excellence. -Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (LEED, WELL, BREEAM) and digital workplace tools. -Expertise in governance, risk management, and operational oversight. -Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-site workplace programmes and managing global teams. -15+ years of experience in workplace strategy, design consultancy, or global programme operations. -Strong understanding of workplace analytics, change management, and design integration. -Experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams. -Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning advanced degree preferred.
