Overview

Assist project manager with field testing, inspections, documentation, and travel duties.

Tasks

-Perform testing and/or inspection as assigned with minimum supervision. -Provide support to Project Manager as directed. -Document work performed as appropriate. -While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, and to utilize a computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office.

What You Bring

-Valid Texas Driver’s License with a relatively clean record. -Ability to acquire related certifications as needed. -The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move concrete, soil, or asphalt samples up to 50 pounds. -ACI or Nuclear Gauge certification preferred. -Ability to acquire additional skills/certifications as needed. -1-2 years’ of related experience preferred. -Ability to lift concrete, soil, or asphalt samples sometimes up to 50lbs. -The employee is required to stand; walk; drive; use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. -Ability to travel occasionally, tolerate shiftwork and sometimes stay overnight. -High School Diploma -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. -Ability to tolerate year round outdoor work
