Tasks
-Conduct research and collate material to complete MtO actions. -Set up templates and response frameworks. -Manage simple proposals with a low number of interfaces under Local Approval governance. -Produce pursuit and proposal documentation formatted, collated, and presented professionally. -Collate corporate information for PQQ submissions. -Monitor client portals for PIN/document release. -Coordinate and carry out a range of administration and production activities to support the production of high-quality pursuits. -Review and compile team inputs for response documents. -Coordinate and direct GSSC in creating and developing class-leading MS templates for the wider business. -Conduct formatting and consistency checks. -Set up meetings (e.g., MORE sessions, storyboarding, risk reviews, pricing/commercials, contract/legal reviews). -Support Pursuit Leader in setting up and maintaining the pursuit plan (programme, leave chart, compliance matrix, etc.). -Maintain pursuit plan (deliverable list, actions, etc.). -Support Pursuit Leaders in developing pursuits during the Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) phases by collaborating with stakeholders and completing a range of tasks. -Check PQQ information prepared by Level 4 & 5 for accuracy. -Schedule catch-ups and formal meetings. -Create/manage the bid management SharePoint Site (collaboration hub). -Ensure all documents are finalized and submitted correctly for submission. -Produce documents, presentations, and materials to a clear brief using standard formats and software. -Prepare non-technical components of pursuit documents to ensure accuracy and high quality. -Provide daily advice and guidance to bid team members, sharing best practices and ensuring the bidding process is followed. -Schedule bid team meetings (e.g., Pens Down, Bid Reviews). -Ensure pursuit team is aware of all TQs issued and replies (TQ submission and receipt managed by GSSC). -Attend MORE sessions to capture actions and intelligence. -Liaise daily with GEC GSSC team supporting the pursuit. -Complete standard company information inputs. -Prioritize and organize own workload while coordinating delivery of the pursuit program by others. -Support answer planning sessions and documentation. -Support Pursuit Leader in completing MtO actions. -Perform compliance and completion checks for bid documents to ensure quality and timely delivery. -Ensure accurate entry for opportunities in OSC. -Support APCs in carrying out their duties. -Identify opportunities to improve the bid process. -Share all incoming documents. -Communicate with a wide range of colleagues in delivering MtO and PtW activities.

What You Bring
-4+ years’ relevant experience. -Previous experience in Pursuit Coordination or Project Management. -Knowledge of MtO and PtW processes and tools. -Bachelor’s degree or vocational equivalent. -Demonstrate proactive, hardworking, and motivated behavior with a positive attitude towards role and development. -Aptitude for learning InDesign. -Exhibit strong planning, organizational, time-management, and self-management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
