-Able to work independently -Valid Driver’s License required -Must be able to navigate through a construction site -Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred -Excellent knowledge of and reinforces the company’s and client’s standards -Minimum of 15 years of construction inspection experience is required; experience with Ohio DOT required -NICET Level IV certification or PE preferred -Ability to understand and interpret client’s contracts -Prior management experience preferred -Good oral and written communication skills -Demonstrates a thorough knowledge about the construction industry -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
