Tasks

-Document and gather data for title reports. -Contact property owners impacted by roadway projects, make fair market value offer, and negotiate on minor acquisitions. -Acquire land and easements under the law of eminent domain, following Federal Highway Administration Guidelines. -Research market condition and courthouse records to compile comparable sales for minor acquisition review reports.

What You Bring

-A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks. -High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. -Possess a valid driver's license, some travel will be required -Experience in right of way with transportation projects may substitute for education -Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders. -Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
