Tasks

-Providing exemplary service to team members and clients. -Oversight (EOR) for the preparation of mechanical drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications and calculations. -Leadership of Mechanical design staff. -Leading MEP Mechanical Design Projects for buildings in the commercial, medical, education, transportation, hospitality, retail, and other industries. -Developing and executing business with new and existing clients. -Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.

What You Bring

-Thorough design system knowledge -Project Management Experience in the MEP space -Complete understanding of building codes -10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting -Excellent communication ability -Healthcare building design and HCAI compliance experience -Team leadership/management experience -High-energy client services skills -Knowledge of industry codes and standards. -Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors. -10-15 years’ experience in positions of increasing leadership in the commercial A/E engineering field
